Taylor Howes appoints Jennifer Mainwaring as Head of Business Development
Mainwaring moves from David Collins Studio to the interior design studio as it takes on Chelsea Barracks and Holland Park Gate work.

Interior design studio Taylor Howes has appointed Jennifer Mainwaring as Head of Business Development. Her role covers the studio's approach to winning new work and its ties with private clients, developers, hotel operators, investors and collaborators.
Mainwaring previously worked at David Collins Studio, where she headed new business for nine years. She has 16 years in the design industry, with experience in ultra-luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects. She studied Architecture at the University of Bath.
Taylor Howes said it has been appointed on a multi-unit rental portfolio in Chelsea Barracks and is completing the first penthouse in Lodha's Holland Park Gate development in Kensington. It is also installing a private chalet in Switzerland and tendering for commissions across London, the Home Counties and Europe.
The studio said London remains central to its business, while it sees growing opportunities in continental Europe and the Home Counties. It cited demand in the Home Counties for substantial country properties and for homes designed around multigenerational living.
Karen Howes, Founder and CEO of Taylor Howes, said: "London will always be incredibly important to us and we continue to see opportunities for exceptional projects here, but our clients are increasingly international in the way they live."
Mainwaring said there is "enormous potential to take the Taylor Howes approach into new markets, whether that is working with developers on landmark London addresses, creating private residences in the Home Counties or developing relationships and projects across Europe."
