Gardiner & Theobald (G&T) has agreed to take 54,939 sq ft at 30 Finsbury Square, a MEAG development, as its new London headquarters.

G&T's space covers 3.5 floors of a 122,000 sq ft building that has several tenants and is still being built. The lease begins in 2028, and G&T plans to occupy the space in the third quarter of 2029.

Until then, G&T will stay at 10 South Crescent in Bloomsbury. Its lease there runs to 2029.

Adam Glover, managing partner at G&T, said the move is "an important milestone for G&T and a significant investment in our future". He said the firm wanted a workplace that would support the business over the long term.

Dr Stefan Haas, board member and global head of real estate at MEAG, said G&T's decision was a strong endorsement of the quality of the development. He said MEAG would work closely with the firm as construction progresses.
