Delano has announced that Delano London, a 67-room hotel overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, will open in early 2027. The brand says it will bring its nightlife, dining and wellness offer to West London.

More than half of the accommodations will be suites. Fourteen will have prime park views, and many will have walk-in wardrobes and private terraces.

Archer Humphryes Architects designed the five-floor building. Cramer & Bell, a London consultancy, assembled the art collection, which includes work by Kimathi Mafafo, Isaac Andrews, Hormazd Narielwalla and Gergei Erdei.

The restaurant will be the London debut of Lana Lusa, a Mediterranean-inspired concept created by Jessica Viveiro Kassim and brought to the city by hospitality group Paris Society. The restaurant design is by Pirajean Lees. Rose Bar will draw on the Miami Beach original, with the Rose Bar Lounge and Zodiac Room as smaller evening spaces.

The wellness concept, The Source by Delano, will have treatment spaces, contrast therapy and movement facilities, along with visiting practitioners, residencies and collaborations. Details of treatments and programming have not been announced.

A Delano Members Club will offer cultural programming, partnerships and privileges. Delano has not given membership terms or said whether hotel guests can use it.

Ben Pundole, chief brand officer for Delano Hotels, said: "Bringing the brand to London feels particularly special because this is my home city." Bookings will be through Delano's website.
