The integration lets advisers turn recorded client meetings into notes, letters and reports, with London broker Charles Cameron among the first users.

PlannerPal, which provides AI workflow technology for UK financial advisers, has partnered with Twenty7tec to make its system available to mortgage advisers inside the ADVICE CRM.

Advisers can open PlannerPal from within ADVICE, record client meetings held in person or online, and have notes, letters and reports produced in their firm's own templates. The documents can then be uploaded back into ADVICE at adviser, client or enquiry level.

The move takes PlannerPal into the mortgage market for the first time. The company said its technology is already used by financial advice firms responsible for a combined £150bn in client assets. It also offers pre-meeting preparation packs and meeting observation tools with customisable questions and scoring intended to support adviser training.

Charles Cameron & Associates, a London-based independent mortgage broker within the Amber River group, is one of the first firms to adopt the system, rolling it out to its 130 advisers. The firm said it decided against open AI tools in favour of a closed environment, where nothing is added to the CRM until an adviser has reviewed it.

Graham Masterton, managing director at Charles Cameron & Associates, said: "After three weeks, over 90% of our advisers were actively using it, not just telling us they like it, but genuinely engaging with it."

Nathan Reilly, chief customer officer at Twenty7tec, said: "The mortgage market is under growing pressure to prove consistency and suitability at scale." The two companies said they plan to develop the integration further with input from partner firms.
