SNG is launching Indigo, a Southall development of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, on 31 October 2026. The homes will be sold through Shared Ownership.

A 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment starts at £95,000. SNG says buyers need a 5% deposit for a 25% share. Rent is charged on the share the buyer does not own, at a subsidised level, and a monthly service charge also applies. Owners can buy further shares at any time to reach full ownership.

SNG cites an average Southall house price of £448,539 over the last year.

According to SNG, the one- and two-bedroom apartments combine the kitchen and living space in one room, while the three-bedroom apartments have a separate living room. Each home has floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony. Kitchens have integrated appliances. Residents can use a communal roof terrace.

Indigo is in zone 4, four minutes' walk from Southall station on the Elizabeth line, SNG says. The station has services to Paddington, the West End, Canary Wharf and Heathrow Airport. Seven local bus routes also serve the area. Bike stores are on the ground floor.

Southall Park is under ten minutes' walk away, and SNG says nine schools lie within a 20-minute walk, including Havelock Primary School and Dairy Meadow Primary School.

Sue Gallagher, Interim Assistant Sales Director for West, London & East at SNG, said: "Indigo brings high-quality, affordable new homes to Southall."
