Savills hires Simon Rosenblatt as director in St John's Wood sales team
Rosenblatt joins from Aston Chase after nearly 20 years there and will work with head of office Stephen Lindsay on St John's Wood and Regent's Park sales.
Savills has appointed Simon Rosenblatt as a director in its St John's Wood sales team. He joins from Aston Chase, where he spent nearly 20 years.
Savills says Rosenblatt has worked across NW8 and the surrounding area for more than two decades, covering prime residential sales and new homes. The firm says he was involved in some of the region's highest value transactions and achieved record sales prices for clients.
In the new role he will work with head of office Stephen Lindsay on the sale of properties across St John's Wood and Regent's Park. He will also work with colleagues in the Hampstead, Marylebone and Primrose Hill offices, and with departments including the Private Office, residential development and global residential.
Savills calls the hire "a major appointment". Rosenblatt said he was delighted to be joining the firm.
