Katie Price’s 9 bedroom Mucky Mansion has finally been sold – but for a fraction of the asking price. The property, which had long been associated with the model’s personal challenges, has reportedly found a buyer for £1.15million, a stark drop from its original listing price of £1.5million.

Katie, who had already reduced the price to £1.35million in October after struggling to sell the property, will not benefit from the sale.

A notice on Rightmove confirms the property is under offer for £1.15million, but the proceeds will be swallowed up by the debts Katie incurred against the Sussex mansion.

When the home was first listed, a brochure warned potential buyers about the risks, including the condition of the property’s pool and the possibility of waste contamination on the land.

Despite its rundown state, the advertisement emphasised the potential for the house to be transformed into an “impressive family home” with some refurbishment.

The former model, who had originally bought the property for £1.35million in 2014, was evicted from the property by bailiffs in May after failing to keep up with her mortgage payments.

The mansion had been the subject of a Channel 4 series in which Katie attempted to renovate it, but the house became synonymous with a series of challenges for the star, who even described it as “cursed.”

“I’ve had nothing but bad memories in that house,” Katie said, insisting that moving out would mark a new chapter in her life.

Katie’s financial woes have been widely publicised, with the former glamour model declaring bankruptcy in 2019 after her company, Jordan Trading Ltd, failed.

At the time, her debts amounted to £3.2 million. Later, in March 2024, she was again declared bankrupt due to an unpaid tax bill of over £761,000.

Despite her financial troubles, Katie continues to share glimpses of her life with her followers, including promoting content on her OnlyFans account.

However, her appearance has sparked concern, especially following her sixth facelift, which she revealed in a recent Instagram post.

“Don’t forget to look at my OnlyFans new content… Christmas is coming up!” Katie told her followers, though some fans expressed their worries about her appearance, with one commenting, “You really need to start looking after your body rather than selling it.”

Katie’s struggles with debt, combined with her personal issues, have led to a dramatic fall from the financial heights she once enjoyed. Once valued at £45 million, she now faces the reality of starting anew.

The sale of Mucky Mansion marks another chapter in a turbulent period for the model, whose financial difficulties continue to dominate headlines.
